Multimedia Internship

In this position, you will be expected to share your knowledge of various types of media and collaborate with multiple people on our team. While unpaid, college credit can be awarded if enrolled in university/college. 

 

Intern Duties and Responsibilities

  • Utilize various forms of art (videography, photography, graphic design, etc.) related to social justice
  • Create monthly playlist to share on social media
  • Appear in and edit weekly podcast
  • Communicate with Social Media, Marketing, with Graphic Design teams
  • Appear in our social media through takeovers, posts, articles, videos, and stories
  • Assist in the creation of content calendars
  • Collaborate with other businesses that focus on social justice
  • Attend trainings and meetings based on work-related affairs
  • Continue research to further social media-related knowledge
  • Update and post social media and website content; respond to social media posts
  • Create own schedule, including deadlines

Intern Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proficient Google Drive skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
  • A strong interest in graphic design, playlist creation, animation, photography, videography, and/or audiography
