Administrative Specialist Internship

In this position, you will be expected to share your knowledge of organization and management while collaborating with multiple people on our team. While unpaid, college credit can be awarded if enrolled in university/college.

INTERN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners 
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with supply inventory
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Complete miscellaneous tasks to support their manager (onboarding/offboarding paperwork, tracking projects, etc.)
  • Attend trainings and meetings based on work-related affairs
  • Continue research to further social media-related knowledge
  • Create own schedule, including deadlines

 

INTERN REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient Google Drive skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
